I've been in the fitness world since 1983 — my freshman year of college. Forty-plus years of training, supplement trends, and hard lessons about what actually works and what doesn't. I've seen every "breakthrough" come and go.
When I started hearing about NAD+ therapy — the results were hard to ignore. But IV infusion at $400–$1,000 a session, two hours in a clinic, with a needle in your arm? That's not a sustainable lifestyle for most of us.
